Oats Laddu | Easy Oats and Cashewnuts Laddu (Oats Balls with jagerry and cashew nuts)

Oats are healthy and nutritious so incorporating them in daily diet has many benefits. These oats laddu are delicious mid morning or evening snacks for kids and adults too. These are quick and easy to make.



Serves: 10 Laddus
Preparation time: 0 mins.
Cooking time: 10-15 mins.

Ingredients:

1 cup quick oats
¼ cup jaggery
¼ cup sugar
⅓ cup cashew nuts
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
Ghee as required

Directions:

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan and fry the cashews until golden brown.Take out the cashews and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan with heated ghee, roast the oats until golden brown. Let them to cool down a bit.
  3. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth powder obtained.
  4. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and make round balls to form laddus.
  5. Serve as is and store the remaining laddus in airtight container.

Tips:

  • Laddus stay good for a month when stored in airtight container.
