“Watermelon Apple Juice” is a detox summer drink which you can prepare in a jiffy and very healthy. Make it for breakfast or when you just want something refreshing. This is good for people seeking weight loss. Watermelon provides vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. Apples are high in fiber and vitamin C, and they are also low in calories, have only a trace of sodium, and no fat or cholesterol. So just have a healthy summer drink which is low calorie and beat the heat.

Ingredients:
2 cups watermelon (cubed)
1 Washington apple (washed and cubed)
Ice cubes to serve
Directions:
- Cut the watermelon and apple into small cubes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a juicer, put in watermelon and apple chunks, few at a time.
- Take serving glasses and put ice cubes in each glass, pour in the prepared juice.
- Garnish with lemon wedge and serve chilled.
Tips:
- Refrigerate the juice until ready to serve.
- Serve chilled.
