“Besan Ka Cheela” -- One more easy breakfast recipe which is served in my household on weekends. I would say it does not top the list though, for sunday breakfast as “POHA” takes its place. But this is prepared definitely on a regular basis on weekends. Besan ka cheela can be served as an evening snack too and provides a lot of carbohydrates to keep you going.

- Heat a tawa/ griddle and brush it with little oil.
- Put around 2 tablespoons of batter in the center of the tawa and spread it in circular motion to make round crepes/cheelas.
- Put some oil on the edges and after a minute or so flip to cook the other side of crepe.
- Brush a little oil on this side as well.
- Cook both sides of crepe until crisp and golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coriander-mint chutney.
Tips:
